Apple has released iOS 15.0.1, the first minor update to iOS 15 for the iPhone. It includes some bug fixes. You can get it through Settings, General, Software Update.
There is a minor software update for macOS Big Sur today labeled 'Device Support Update.' This most likely just deals with connecting to the new iPhone and iPad models for data transfer and backups. The update is installed without the need for a restart.
